Terms and Conditions

By accessing and using SmartWomen ("the platform"), you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part, you must not use the platform.

SmartWomen is a marketplace connecting female professionals with companies and clients who need their services.

To use advanced features you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information.
• Keep your password confidential.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• Be responsible for all activity under your account.

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, offensive or illegal content.
• Impersonate another person.
• Use the platform for fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.
• Interfere with the technical operation of the service.

Registered professionals (sellers) publish services and workshops under their own responsibility. SmartWomen acts as an intermediary and is not a party to the agreement between seller and client.

Each professional is responsible for meeting the quality, deadlines and conditions agreed with the client.

Payments are processed through external providers (Stripe). SmartWomen retains a commission on each successful transaction, disclosed at the time of sale.

Refunds are subject to the policies defined for each type of service.

All content owned by the platform (design, code, brand) belongs to SmartWomen. Content published by users remains the property of each user, who grants SmartWomen a limited license to display it.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice, especially in cases of fraud, impersonation or abusive conduct.

SmartWomen is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the platform nor for disputes between users. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount of commissions paid in the last 6 months.

We may modify these terms at any time. Substantial changes will be communicated 15 days in advance. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Bucaramanga, Santander.
