2024
The seed
SmartWomen was born from a recurring conversation among professionals: talent is abundant, real opportunities are scarce.
2025
First MVP
We launched with a closed group of 50 professionals in STEM+D and Compliance. We validated demand in record time.
2026
Public launch
We opened the platform to all of LATAM with 6 specialty areas, workshops and peer messaging.
